Description: This vintage Virgin Mary statue is made out of porcelain ceramic. It is hand-painted in light blue and pale pink. Mary has blue eyes, looking up to Heaven, brown hair and dark red lips. She wears a halo trimmed in metallic gold. It is finished in a high gloss.This porcelain Virgin Mother bust was painted beautifully. It is not marked. Possibly made in Italy. I estimate it to have been made sometime around the 1950s.Catholic art is beautiful. This porcelain statue would look pretty in a display with other interesting religious pieces, pink flowers, or gothic curiosities.It is in excellent vintage condition.
