Description: For the lovers of Mid Century Modern (MCM) and the Brutalist movement, here is a wonderful brass piece showing seagulls in flight. Birds in flight symbolize solving problems by looking at them from different angles and remind us that we have the ability to rise (fly) above adversities. The sculpture is made by PENCO, the "Pennsylvania Sculpture Company", known for creating decorative brass items, especially in the 1950s to the 1970s. The piece is in very good vintage condition with a beautiful matte sheen and spots of oxidation throughout. Please carefully look at the pictures and message me with any questions. The size is approximately 12 1/2 inches high and 3 1/4 inches in diameter at the base. The birds come to you from a non smoking home.
