Description: This auction is for a good used condition but does have plastic instead of glass and plastic does have scuffs and is older and shows wear. Frame measures 6 1/4" by 4 1/2" but would hold a 3 1/2" by 5" picture. Plastic instead of glass over picture and it does have scuffs to plastic. I consider the frame itself in good used condition and someone could replace plastic with glass. From smoke free pet free home!!
