Oversized Items & Freight Shipping: All freight items are shipped via FedEx Freight. We will provide an accurate and competitive shipping/packing quote before the end of the auction. Freight invoices are sent within 48 hours after the auction’s close. US Buyers: The shipping calculator on the auction is an estimate and actual charges will be figured at the close of each auction. Any item that sells for over $750 will be shipped with signature upon delivery required. International buyers: Please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS We pride ourselves in our professional packing and strive to ensure your purchases arrive safely and undamaged. If an item arrives damaged, the buyer must save all materials and boxes in order to file a claim. Failure to save all materials and provide the necessary information and photographs required to make the damage claim will hinder our ability to process your refund. PAYMENTSPayment must be received within 5 days of receiving an invoice. If payment isn't received within 5 days, an eBay dispute will be opened.
