Funny he sent me fruit crate labels because I've bought a fair number of these for myself for collage, and I have 3 framed under glass! Vintage 1940s or 1950s New Old Stock (NOS) El Rio Orchard brand pears fruit crate label. California Bartlett pears, DiGiorgio Fruit Corporation, San Francisco, California, They are in a plastic sleeve with a sticker on it: "Original Collector's Label 1900-1950." And then on the back is a typewritten explanation from Albert Del Masso, president re produce labels. Label is about 8" x 7 ½". The others I have listed are Yuba Orchard and have another sticker "Bay Cities Produce Company 60th Anniversary, 1946-2006, San Leandro, CA." I assume these are the same since my ex bought them all together and they look exactly the same except for the brand and "San Francisco" instead of "Marysville" CA. The listings in AZ continue when I come home because my brother does the shipping, but at my house, there's just me to do the shipping!
