Description: Vintage PUFFALUMP CHATTERING CHIMPS Fisher Price Blue Plush Toy Noise 1994. Super cool vintage Fisher Price plush. When you shake him he makes noise. In good used condition he does have some very light staining which I could not get to show up in the photos. May come out in the washing machine but I have not tried.
