Description: There are some scratches on the mirror (the mirror is reflecting a popcorn ceiling so the photo is a bit odd), missing brackets to hold the shelves in place (enough for 2 shelves, comes with 4 shelves). All shelves have some chips but no cracks. There is a bracket being sent with that does not work properly, I think it needs to be bent so you may be able to make it work. Metal has rust as shown, still very solid! Entire piece is 22" x 16.5" x 5", the part that recesses in the wall is approx. 17.5" x 13.5" x 4.25".
