Description: Vintage Sager jersey pattern axe made by Warren Axe and Tool Co. 3.5lb head on vintage slim 32" hartwell handle. The axe head is in god used condition with no chips or cracks and minimal pounding on the poll. It will need to be sharpened before use. The handle is faintly marked "Jewel Hartwell". It is slim, not warped, and has good grain. It is dry and has a few bug holes. In my judgment it is still useable if you give it a good oiling. Please ask questions before buying.
