I have gone with the Fillister with exact thread, same slotted head, good look, and performance for the job. These Screws should Fit all Vintage Delta Lights, from my experience they fit all that I have had, there is a Vast Variety of Vintage Delta Lights out there I assume they fit all of them. Tip: Removing old Delta Lights can be tricky and some times the old screw heads break in the process, if this happens you will have to drill out the screw and re tap it with a # 8/ 32 tpi tap.
