Vintage Sony Hi8 CCD-TR101 Handicam Video Rec w/ Accessories

Description: Sony Hi8 video Handicam model CCD-TR101 with accessories. Please note that this is being sold strictly for parts or repair because I have not tested everything. It may very well completely work as it should, but there are no guarantees since I have not been able to thoroughly inspect everything. This lot includes: - CCD-TR101 Handicam - AC-V30 AC Power Adaptor and Battery Charger - DV-V30 Car Battery Charger - NP-77H Battery - DK-80 AC Battery Replacement -RFU-90C RFU Adaptor (for use with some gaming systems available when this unit wqs made) - RMT-508 IR Remote Control - Shoulder Strap with IR Remote Holder Here is what HAS and/or HAS NOT been tested: The camera itself powered up exactly as expected using the battery replacer and AC power adaptor. All of the features I tested seemed to do what they were supposed to. The unit will definitely (and unsurprisingly) need a new battery, as the NP-77H original will only hold a brief charge. New batteries are widely available online. I do not have any Hi8 tapes, so was unable to test the mechanics of the tape deck or its ability to record and play back. It's a fairly clean unit, but no promises. I would love to see this go to a new home where it can be fully appreciated and tested :)
