Lovingly, hand crafted in the USA by a sewing professional in the 1980s-90s. Fabric appears to be mostly (if not all) cotton. Edge pieces are light blue. Not filled. Backing is off-white (natural) color and also seems to be cotton. Measures about 83" wide x 90" long. May be used on Queen size or Full-size (Double) beds as either a coverlet or bedspread.
