Brewed by the West End Brewery in Utica, NY, the beer was well known throughout upstate, central and western New York (and other places in the Northeastern USA, Utica Club was the first beer to be sold the night Prohibition Ended in 1933. These trays were ubiquitous in neighborhood bars, pubs and restaurants when Tom began his drinking career in the late 1970s and they continued in use throughout the 1980s. Once used in an actual bar to (mostly) serve drinks, this plastic tray has a diameter of approximately 13.25 inches and a depth of 1 5/8 inches. Condition is Good, Used. The printed Utica Club name and other information is still clearly visible on the tray, but there is clear evidence that this was a real live, working tray amd it has scratches and scuffing from normal use. These issues have no effect on the functionality of the tray and None of the issues materially affect the looks of the tray...in fact, to us the marks add a bit of authenticity to the piece.
