Description: This one is really pretty. Headband is wrapped in cream color ribbon & has seed pearls & satin flower details. The veil is double layer. The shorter layer appears to have been cut shorter and it longer on one side. I would prob cut that 2nd later out entirely and just use the rest of it. Of if you prefer longer, just use the head piece and add a new veil. It's so pretty and pretty sure its from the late 90s. . Selling on eBay for 27 years, so bid with confidence.
