It is a pendant necklace made with a intaglio cameo pendant suspended on a silver tone link chain. The pendant is a 2 1/2" x 2" oval in shape with the image of possibly trumpet vine flowers in the center on possible hematite? You can decide. It has been faceted along the edge, held with prongs and surrounded with a silver tone twisted rope. The double link chain is about 22" long.
