Pennant measures approximately 12"x29.5". There are 2 thumbtack holes on each corner of the hoist end as well as 2 holes in the tip. Otherwise, this pennant has great color and is in very nice condition. Please review all of the pictures of the actual item for sale and judge the condition for yourself.
