Description: Viper, Lightweight Expediant Ghillie Suit Size- Large-Reg** ATACs FG base The top is an oversized Latge-Regular, but it’s sewn in such a way to fit over a plate carrier or combat load. It’s a similar concept to the commercially available “cobra” hoods, but made to milspecs by a retired Marine Gunnery Sergeant The back and sides have mesh venting The veil is formable Elastic sinch oversized half sleeves The pants are large reg, somewhat slim fit due to sewing in the skids. Pants have enhanced front belt loops to utilize in pulling a drag bag or sitting into sling shoots. Non elastic, cinch cuffs to help keep critters out. (Pants are approx 35” with an internal drawstring) All stitching is protecting and reinforced with e6000 and painted to remove its shine. Plenty of tie in points for veg Comes lightly “washed” (Google Ghillie wash..) to have the jute lightly dreadlocked This type of expendiant setup is a more lightweight and “on the go” type setup than a full 3 piece ghillie. the jacket is cut shorter with oversized shorter sleeves to be able to be thrown on over top of a combat load, plate carrier and/or helmet. The hooded veil is long enough to set onto an optic in a firing position or roll it under for more of a shorter wear. All jute is natural for best effect and how it takes dirt. I tend to err on the lighter side when hand dying jute as you can always darken with dirt and veg in the field. Lightening isn’t so easy. For scale, wearer in photos is 5’11” and 205lbs, wearing a full plate carrier with magazines, a full back rig and level 4 plates.
