The bags are unopened but as you can see there is a small amount of rust dust in the back. Inspection shows the smallest amount of residue on the parts but I didn't want to compromise by opening the bag to wipe them down as would do if I were storing them for later use. They had been stored for many years in an enclosed garage and the box shows no signs of moisture
