Description: Vintage 17 Radio Station Sticker / Decal / Yellow Tape Lot #ABU: Many From Western Pennsylvania Stations In Venango and Crawford Counties plus Vermont, Texas and New Mexico Origins: These came from a collector's sticker and decal collection. Comments: Please look below for a list of radio stations represented and a few related comments. These stickers / decals were in a box in storage for many years. It's hard to promise that all of the stickers will still stick well after all of these years, but they probably will. Size: The longest item in the lot (The 95 Triple X "caution" tape) is approximately 18 inches long. Condition: There are minor signs of handling wear here and there. The stickers / decals are still on their backings. The two sections of "caution" tape have been folded, so there are crease lines / wrinkles. Please see the photos. Everything looks good but there are a few light scuffs and light creases here and there. Please take a good zoomed-in look at the photos. You can probably see as well as I can, and I may have neglected to notice something. Following are my best guesses at radio station locations along with a few comments. With station identities changing pretty regularly over time, it's hard to always pinpoint which station was which for the year a sticker/decal was issued. In other words, some of my info could be incorrect.B94 today's hit music...Unsure of location. Found references to a B94 in Saint Marys, Pennsylvania, but also references to a B94 out of Pittsburgh. I suspect Pittsburgh is the answer since there is a coupon on the back for a Pittsburgh based business. There are fragments of text seen on the front that probably transferred there from something else.BEAVER 103...Looks like WBHV, State College, PA...Coupons for State College establishments on back with 1999 expiration datesCOOL 104.5...Almost certainly Meadville, PA...Contest registration with Meadville drop-off location on backKBAT 93.3...Midland-Odessa, Texas area...Sticker shows frequency used before 2005 when it changed to 99.9, so we know sticker is from before thenKCDY CD104 104.1...Carlsbad, New Mexico...Not a sticker, but a section of yellow tape - like caution tape or police line tape KISS 96.1...Pittsburgh, PA...Station personality line-up printed on back of square sticker, station ID and web site printed on back of rectangular sticker.MIX 96...Unsure - may have been Oil City, PA or some nearby little cityMIX 99.3...Probably WVEN from Franklin, PA...Summer of Fun certificate on back of smaller sticker. Local coupons on back of larger stickers with 1990 expiration dates.One On One Sports...defunct sports radio networkWFRA am 1450 / WVEN 99.3...Franklin, PA...The "Love Ya Lions #1" is probably a 1980s Penn State Nittany Lions reference which dates this sticker to probably early or mid 1980s.
