Description: This handwritten cookbook is a wonderful depository of recipes from the 1970's. It's a three ring binder, and there are handwritten, typed, and clipped recipes. All recipes in English and from the United States (I believe). With a quick look, I could find the dates 1975 and 1978 on clippings. It was an estate find in North Carolina. It measures about 9" by 7" by 1 1/2". Fair Condition: Binding is broken between the spine and the covers, but book is useable. Rings are in good condition. There are a few spots and marks on the covers and the pages. Some of the clipped recipes have come loose from the tape. Almost all handwritten recipes are easily legible for cursive readers, and while the newsprint has browned and the glue has come through on some, most of the clipped recipes are also legible.
