Soft cover paper booklet, staple bound. Lots of great practical recipes using corn products. Endorsement from Oscar of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York. Last page is Waldorf-Astoria Advertisement. Front cover has illustration of a Native American Indian with a corn cob for a body. Back also has an Indian with corn body, and illustrations of 3 products- Karo Syrup in a can, Mazola Corn oil in a tin, and Argo Corn Starch in a box. Good vintage condition. No rips, or writing. Some surface and edge wear. Yellowing of pages from age, and ink dyes have bled and smeared on some pages. Still a neat little book, and the connection to the Waldorf- Astoria hotel is interesting. 5" x 6.5".
