Description: What a treasure, what a find in the boxes from my in-laws who were married in 1921. My mother-in-law did not drink and my father-in-law loved his beer. I know this was never used and its condition backs that up.... This set looks like it just came off the line at the West Virginia Glass factory. Yes, you can see some dust because I just wiped it down with a damp cloth. I wouldn't dare use soap or even water, just a soft damp cloth. I suspect this was a gift and my mother-in-law wouldn't even display it because it was too beautiful and she was such a simple woman. It is almost pristine and flawless, but for two tiny marks on the bottom of the pitcher, which you can view in the last photo. The gold trim is intact, none missing, none flaked off and the orange sherbet frosted blendo color is dreamy. If you know anything about this blend glass, it is beautiful, but it's very delicate not very durable which confirms to me this was never used. The pitcher is a little bit over 12 inches tall and the roly-poly glasses are about 3 inches tall. This is a statement maker, it just glows.
