Good condition with age related issues. The needlepoint is not flat; curled in some areas but can be flattened and framed. Lightly soiled, small light brown staine spot on upper left side. The meshed edges can be tattered. Upper right corner, mesh is ripped off but not on needlepoint itself. Left corner, mesh is gathered. The bottom corners are more contained anda thread is sticking out on bottom right corner. See all pics for they are part of description. May have other issues not mentioned but mentioned most significant. Measures 9.75" X 12".
