Description: Two pieces of vintage 1940s Strombecker dollhouse furniture, scaled for the 1:12 dollhouse. Set includes single bed and nightstand, both in pink wood. Bed will accommodate a child, but not an adult at 1:12 scale. Condition is overall worn but good, but note damage to top edge of bed frame on both sides. It appears vertical pieces were snapped off? These vertical pieces were either small decorative elements, or perhaps connectors to an upper level bunk bed? (Did Strombecker MAKE bunkbeds?) They could either be sanded flat or simply covered by bedding. Bed measures about 5-1/4 inches long and its headboard is 2-3/4 inches high. Nightstand is 2-1/8 inches high.
