Description: Wonderful vintage tightly lidded tin or can or canister, 8 1/4" Tall x 6 1/4" diameter. The lid goes on and off stiffly. It is decorated with eastern American wildflowers: Early Azalea, Wild Geranium, Trout Lily and Rose of Sharon. I pictured all sides of the can turning 1/3 of the way each time so you can see it all. Each side panel has the wildflower's common and scientific name and range. My family uses this kind of can to keep the sugar dry at our summer camp. It would fit a 2 pound bag of just about anything... rice, flour, sugar... Also great to keep the seeds dry for the garden.
