What you get: 2 x Top Quality German Swing-Axle Boot Kits - part # 111598021A - enough for one VW These boots come with all the mounting hardware (as shown in the pic). The clamps are the OE-style Oetiker version which require special pliers to cinch-up. If needed you can always reuse your old clamps or go buy a crimp-clamp tool for $8 at most hardware stores. Applications : Beetle 1946-1967 Beetle 1968 (M/T only) Karmann Ghia 1956-1967 Karmann Ghia 1968 (M/T only) Bus 1950-1967 Type 3 1962-1967 Type 3 1968 (M/T only) These do not fit 1968 VWs with Autostick transmissions! If you have a Mexican-made Beetle then these boots will fit all years as those models never got IRS rear-ends. Installation tips: The seam needs to be at 10 or 2 o'clock on your transmission side plates. If you place it at 12 or 6 these boots will wear out prematurely because you are forcing the boot to flex against it's seam which will cause it to tear.
