Engine Camshaft Position Sensor FEATURES: Camshaft Position Sensor work together with the crankshaft position sensor and the vehicleG��s ECU to ensure that both ignition timing and fuel supply are correct for peak fuel economy performance and emissions. Delivers highly accurate timing signals to the engine control module ensuring optimal engine performance. As the camshaft rotates the magnet moves past the Hall-effect sensor generating a voltage signal that is then sent to the engine control module which uses it to determine the correct timing of the fuel injection and ignition systems.
