This filter won't fit Graflex/Wollensak Ciroflex as they take slip-on filters. Clean glass, used filter. The blue filter is SO often overlooked in B+W as everyone is too busy trying to clear and clarify landscape shots but sometimes a blue filter will help in achieving the final effect in the print you want...more majestic mountains, more separation is desert rock formations etc. Also useful for portraits for people with blue eyes(that end up looking 'brown' and also hides any veins giving smoother looking skin.
