Shipping We ship every day at 4.30pm via The Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Parcels) deliveries are fully tracked and The Royal Mail 1st class post (Large Letters) deliveries are not tracked but include barcoded proof of delivery. Please be aware this is not guaranteed 24hr post. Please allow 5 working days before reporting a late/non delivery. Returns Returns accepted within 30 days. In all cases where a product is returned, it is at the buyer's cost to do so unless previously agreed with BNC Autoparts.
