Description: This is a Waterman 14K solid gold fountain pen clip that was made in the USA around 1905. The patent date on the clip is 1905, so it is not for a pen from before that.This is an early clip from an eyedropper. Measures 32.2mm long and 6mm wide. This is a fairly large clip.The holes are large, but they are original. The early rivets were large.I removed this from a damaged eyedropper cap and the mounting plate was original.The holes have not been enlarged. Good used condition.It will be shipped in a box.
