Description: 5 copies of the legendary Weird Tales as one lot. May 1949 probably good. Some cover separation from spine, wear and creases, cover colors are bright. September 1950 probably good. Wear and creases, fading to cover. January 1949 poor. Tape, spine faded badly, cover color is dull. September 1948 dealer I bought this from had it listed as fine so I'll go with that. Spine wear too and bottom, Lee Brown Coye cover looks terrific! January 1944 fine. Spine is nice, color on cover is great, back of pulp is a nice white. This and Sept. 48 are by far the two best issues of the lot. No odors. Great authors, Manly Wade Wellman, Seabury Quinn, Nelson Bond, Edmond Hamilton, Clark Ashton Smith, Ray Bradbury, Frank Gruber, Robert Bloch and many more of the writers associated with Weird Tales. If you need to know any information on anything specific, please ask, I will do the best I can. Thanks for looking and please check out my other auctions for some Arkham House and Weird Tales items, some Centipede Press books, Robert E. Howard stuff and more copies of Weird Tales. Also some bound volumes of pulps. Thank you! Paypal only.
