Description: A stunning PAIR of white alabaster column Neoclassical style lamps. Circa mid-20th century, Italy, believed to be from Mabro. They are identical to a pair (see pic) I have from the same household that still had the label on the old hardware. See photos taken within 24 hours of listing. Please examine the photos that represent all sides of the lamps. Very good vintage condition with minor wear as shown in images. Clean and prepped, ready to be rewired which is why they are priced much less than the other re-wired pair that's for sale. Any lamp store or hardware store can do it. Some nicks are consistent with alabaster, it's much softer than marble, but nothing to detract from its beauty. These are in demand - the last set I sold was purchased by Bunny Williams herself and appears in her latest Architectural Digest feature. I’ve included a photo from AD of those exact lamps I sold her, shown in her own primary suite. Lamp measures: 17" to top of column32" to top of harpBase: 4 3/4" square Shades are not included, since buyers' preferences vary, but the shade I've shown as an example is by Royal Designs Empire English Pleat Shade in White size Top 10", Height 10" and Bottom 14". The best deal on these is usually with Bed Bath & Beyond with a 20% coupon. These are ready to ship, we will use two carefully packed cartons. These are heavy, of course, 18 pounds before packaging and the cartons are oversized. Ignore the shipping estimates below, they are often inaccurate. We will cap the buyer's shipping cost at $54.00 for the lower 48 states. Please message us with any questions before purchasing. Thanks for looking!
