All boxes have lids. Pamphlets for the following years are missing: 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 2002, 2003,2005 & 2022. The 1993 ornament is missing ribbon for hanger; see last picture. The 1995 ornament has a name written on the underside of the lid;ornament and top of box are in good shape.
