Description: WONDERFUL vintage Native American, Navajo large sterling silver American-mined turquoise and bench bead necklace. This gorgeous necklace is much nicer in reality than it appears in my photos. The turquoise is a bright, rich blue to blue-green with large nuggets that measure up to 22 mm alternating with turquoise rondelle beads that are 7 mm to 9 mm and vintage Native American sterling silver bench beads that are 6 mm to 9 mm. This necklace is 19 1/2” long and weighs 88.2 grams. It has been recently re-strung on strong jeweler’s flex wire with all of the original material, except for the clasp, which is a replacement. This turquoise has a pleasing, soft polish, giving it a rich look. This necklace comes from the estate of a collector of Native American jewelry and is guaranteed to be Native American crafted. It is in very good vintage condition with no damage other than minor, age appropriate surface wear and some natural inclusions in the turquoise. All of the silver in this necklace, including the bench beads and clasp, has been professionally tested as sterling silver.
