Great to layer. **There are 2 small spots on the left arm cuff. Looks to me like it was bleach. Made of 70% modal, 13% cotton, 13% polyester and 4% elastane. The fabric is soft and is like a sweatshirt type fabric. Measurements are armpit to armpit laying flat is 27 inches (stretches to 32 inches) and from the top of the shoulder to the hem is 27 inches.
