Description: This WW2 1941 Romanian Contract Occupied Czech Brno Vz.24 Mauser Rifle Stock is in good, clean condition overall and only shows expected signs of age, service and storage. The stock has several small inspection stamps present but is most notably marked "XR19092" on the buttstock. This serial number denotes inclusion in one of the final contracts produced by ZB Brno (CZ) for the Romanian Army in late 1941. The last known serial block is "Y." No obvious cracks or serious damage can be found however there are many small blemishes present that appear to be from handling and storage. A flat metal buttplate, mid-stock sling swivel and a bayonet stud are the only pieces of metal hardware still intact. Each shows expected signs of age and wear but appear to all function as you would hope. Total length measures approximately 39.5" from tip of bayonet stud to the flat bottom of buttplate.
