Features a large and very heavy brass scabbard with original leather strap still intact. Scabbard is stamped near the top 'MFG'D BY MORSE DIVING EQUIP. CO. INC. BMASS.U.S.A". The 'B' stamp is not as deeply pressed as the rest. The knife screws into the scabbard and has a wooden ribbed grip secured to a brass pommel. The knife itself is serrated and is in phenomenal condition as you can see in the photos. The brass scabbard has a nice patina that is appropriate for its age, but could be polished to a shine should you choose to do so. With the scabbard on, it weighs in at a whopping 3.5 pounds. The approximate length with the scabbard on is 13.25 inches. Without the scabbard it is 12.75 inches and the blade alone is about 7 inches.
