There are a spine tics, off-white pages front and back, chips and creases. The cover on the upper staple is loose along with someone writing a name in ink and in pencil in the book that looks to have been erased at one point. This is great readers' copy that I had bought to simply fill my silver age run of X-Men as a kid. My entire PC has been in bags and boards in storage for almost 40 years. I will start placing a lot more in the future as I try and weed thru the collection and getting books back from CGC. Time to let others enjoy these books.
