He began a career as an artist, which was interrupted by WWII. He survived a stint in the Japanese army, and went on to study with Fumio Kitaoka. Well-known for his landscapes and nature scenes. The print is accompanied by a loose backing board (print is not attached to it) with a gallery tag with the description of the print. Condition: Print is in very good condition, with some minor mat burn. Measurements: Print measures approximately 5.625 inches wide x 4.75 inches high.
