This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: heavy folding and wear (also has heavier creases and areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substance including a large brownish spot on the back); edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in areas); edge indents/nicks (several tears exist and one is very large); surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); no holes that I could see.
