Description: This quite uncommon, blue, 1-Sen, Japanese postal stationery card(in fine-very fine condition, with a few stains, and a few, minor creases) was sent for New Year's from Yilan(only one that I have ever seen or owned from that city)!, Taiwan(then occupied by the Japanese), to Kurume City, Chikugo Kuni(in present-day, Fukuoka Prefecture), Japan, on January 1, 1899(a quite superb strike of the CDS!)! Simply put, though, this is a really attractive, relatively-rare, piece of Taiwanese and Japanese postal history!
