It comes with a sticker sheet -4 larger figures, 2 of Robonyan, 1 of Jibanyan and 1 of Komasan, all unopened - 4 smaller figures of Tattletell, whisper, Jibanyan and Komasan, unopened. There are also the same figures out of box. The out of box figures are Jibanyan whisper and Komasan. 7 smaller figures total. - in the display box (it was on display at toys r us way back in the 2016 era. I asked the employees to take it and they agreed!) contains the loose medals, 2 unopened mystery dog tags, lots of cards for the card game, a booster pack for the game, fun tattoos , and an exclusive Hovernyan/Fuyunyan medal that was only given out at movie theaters in 2016! - there is also 2 first edition yokai watch watches. Both work, but one is missing the lens. - there is also a McDonald's toy watch (red one) Update to listing: I found the second generation watch (red one) that works with the green medals. I believe it's out of battery and needs to be replaced. It doesn't turn on. New picture is up on listing. I opened it up and took out the batteries then screwed it back up!
