Minor surface imperfections are as issued. Comes with the original York Ghost Merchants tissue paper and embossed gilt box. From TYGM: “The October Phantom - a plain bone colour with eyes of the faintest celadon green. These eyes are not like the usual Phantom eyes however; as the light fades the eyes will emit an eerie glow. Some Phantoms might have faint tears, this will vary slightly from Ghost to Ghost. Our phosphorescent Phantom eyes are not made with radium (as was the case in the Victorian era), the eyes are activated by exposure to light. The "charge" that the light gives the eyes makes them glow in the dark and this will slowly fade but can continually be reactivated by exposure to light again. Batch of 1200.”
